2/18 morning update

Crews are finishing up on no tolerance and 1/2″ commercial accounts. Crews will be going through businesses during the day. There will be an updated time line for houses and apartments this afternoon when the forecast is more consistent. At this time they are forecasting ongoing snow throughout the day and night.
