12/28 5pm Blizzard Update

The FM area has received 3-4 inches of new snow along with blizzard-like conditions. Crews are currently out now and opening up properties for emergency vehicles. Crews will start full property clean-ups on all properties at 9pm. The blizzard is expected to continue until 6am Monday morning (12/29), and all properties should have been done once by 8am.
