"Mike provides outstanding services for me at Evergreen Square, both in the summer with mowing and upkeep of the grounds, and with snow removal in the winter. He does his work in a timely manner, so that I have no calls from tenants wondering when the parking lot will be plowed. Mike also alert to the property and has reported to me when there have been water coming out of one unit, and when there has been graffiti painted on the exterior walls of the premises.
